Free Click & Collect is available for local customers. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with collection details.

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At LL Boutique, we hope you love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange subject to the terms below.

We offer exchanges only for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of your order date.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if an item shows signs of being worn, damaged, marked, washed, or does not meet our returns criteria.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll contact you to arrange your exchange.
